It's really sad to see one of my favorite fighters hanging around like this. I really respect his achievements, but this fight shouldn't be allowed. He's losing a lot of respect doing this. Besides that he's been great.

The only fight Oscar ever took where he didn't have a clear advantage over an opponent was FELIX STURM. And that was because Felix was a relative unknown at the time.

I agree with this statement. I personally never like De la Hoya and always felt he was overrated and got credit for **** that he shouldn't have.

oscar has always took on the best! and has even fought with guys that were just too big for him and he didn't back down. now he takes this fight and everybody gates him, have you forgotten who pacman is?? since when is fighting pacman a walk in the park? manny is the best at this time so oscar is going after him. i just can't hate on oscar for taking on the best. all you margo fans need to move on, and realize tony needs to avenge his loss to williams then he can maybe become somebody. i would like de la hoya vs trinidad 2. that's a fair match up they are equal all around. plus oscar is already old.

I understand hes getting on abit and his last fight against Forbes wasnt great, but the guys a olympic gold winner and 6 weight class world champion!
