Yes, Cotto was the man to beat and Margarito did that in a very tough fight.
But you have another fighter out there that beat Margarito and Margarito isn't call him out for a rematch to make himself the UNDISPUTIED (mean the best with no questions asked) welterweight in the world. How can you call youself the best when you have another champion out there that is 1 up on you?
