WBA will recognize three 115lb champions
Former world champion Jorge "Travieso" Arce (49-4-1, 37 KOs) will return on September 15 to challenge titleholder Rafael Concepcion (11-2-1, 7 KOs) for the WBA interim super flyweight championship. The bout will take place at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City. Concepcion is cetainly wasting no time getting back in the ring. He just won the title on July 26, upsetting AJ Banal in Cebu, Philippines. The WBA's super flyweight "super" Champion Cristian Mijares is slated to face Chatchai Sasakul on August 30, with Nobuo Nashiro and Kohei Kono slated to go for the WBA "regular" title, also on September 15. EASY fight for arce. concepcions a bum. i watched his fight with banal and he ******. its depressing that banal somehow got broken down in the later rounds i dont know what was wrong with him that night... anyways he showed nothing special and its more of what banal didnt do than what concepcion did do. arce by KO.
damnit i thought this fight was with bernabe concepcion and i got excited.. bernabes in a higher weight class though i think.Comment

Not true, he has stated that he is interested in coming over here and wants to fight international fighters. He declined former WBC super flyweight champ Tokuyama's request to fight him because he wanted to fight foreign non japanese fighters, which he has done.
Now there is buzz about him coming to the states along with Edwin Valero.Comment
