Hopkins hasn't been in an entertaining fight in a decade

You idiots shouldn't even start Bernard Hopkins topics, he's the most boring fighter in boxing and has been for a while. He throws 2 3 punches PER ROUND, he throws a punch then runs in and trys to hold the guy. No more Hopkins threads on this site

The Calzaghe-Hopkins fight could've been entertaining but Hopkins was using too much dirty tactics.

Someone needs to tell the chap to quit grabbing and holding.

He was entertaining up to the Tito fight. He isn't as entertaining today, But he is still one of the most skilled fighters around.

Technically it hasn't been a decade but it has been a while since one of his fights was entertaining.

But he is still pretty good to watch.

The Calzaghe/Hopkins fight was an ugly, boring fight. And to be fair, he's going to have to be economical with his workrate. You have to give Hopkins some credit for getting in there with people way younger than himself.

A decade seems a bit harsh. I kind of enjoy seeing how the old man handles these younger dudes even if he isn't as active as his former self.
