Yeah, I never really thought about it, but it makes sense. I really don't understand how people would actually take the time to make another account and "pretend" to be a fan of someone they really hate. That's just DUMB and childish and just proves you cant argue your points. I like to have fun on here and mess with some of the Calzaghe fans but I never really paid attention if they were REAL or ALTS. hmmmm I bet I come across a lot of ALTS which is WHY I joke with them the way I do (because they are just alt idiots). I'll have to pay more attention to that. Good looking out.
Why calzaghe is going to KO jones...

Joe wont KO Jones..He simply dont have the power..The only way I see him winning is by slapping his way to a boring decisioni have been reading these forums for a while now, and i thought its about time i made a stand...
ill make it quick
Joe calzaghe:
speed > jones
power = jones
Style > jones
workrate 10 X > jones
Hopkins pretended he was low blowed becasue he knew calzaghe was just about to knock him out.
It happends all the time
also one of calzaghes most recent fights against manfreddo was unbeliveable. Man freddo was americas next big thing , winning the contender and calzaghe gave him a boxing lesson, connecting with a flurry of savage jabs meaning the ref had to stop it before manfreddo was permantly injured or mabey even dead

agreed. I think that Prime Jones would win a ud over Joe, but now Joe Calzaghe will win by easy ud or like we said a stoppageExactly. People also forget that Calzaghe himself is very good, easily the most impressive performer from MW - LHW in the last few years. This is a boxer who would have been competitive with Prime Jones, so expecting him to beat todays Roy, even by a TKO, is not ridiculous at all.
either way it will be a good fight... while it lasts lolComment

Blimey, no way. People go on about it no end. More so then they did with Hopkins whom despite not being KO'd (predictable for his style) he is also past prime.
I think people are so hyped and impressed with the old prime Roy Jones, a few KO's, fighting a couple of guys of lower class leads ppl to exaggerate about how different and past prime he is.
If he was a fresh prospect ppl would be singing his praises all day.
To the contrary because Calzaghe has only recently exploded as a mega big name around the world particularly in America, it's equally as easy to think Calzaghe's close to or in prime.
Joe Cazlaghe is no way in his prime. He's lost some of his speed, motivation, power and balance somewhat over the last couple of years or so.Last edited by Kris Silver; 08-11-2008, 04:15 PM.Comment

Im rooting for Roy Jones but I dont think he can get past Joe Calzaghe and Joe doesnt have a chance to KO Jones.
Jones is a STRONG guy, I know it not may seem like much but he was eating Trinidads shots like candy.
A Joe Calzaghe to me might have a slight bit more strength but no real threat to Jones and being KOedComment

oh so you mean to tell me that an AMERICAN REFEREE will stop the fight when Calzaghe is slapping jones around sort of like what he did to Manfredo? That manfredo stoppage was a disgrace to the sport. Barely any of those slaps landed on him! Dont get me wrong..I dont think that Manfredo wouldve won, but still it was a disgrace to see the ref stop it like he didComment
