paid off no idea, ive seen some crazy stopages in my days but.. refs decisions and judges decisions are different matters, lets stop and think what judges get paid... i have no real clue but i imagine its a decent amount for 12 3minute rounds. If they can make extra money on the side im sure they do it.. but as far as tyson getting knocked out... buster douglas would have had to pay him a ****load, which he didnt have or outside entity? and it would have had to been a **** load, and well since he is in debt atm... not sure i buy that

Buster douglas was 42-1 underdog. Betting 1 million would get you 42 million, someone coulda payed tyson of or tyson coulda said **** it, take the loss bet with his own money (have someone else do it for him obviously). 42-1 is alot, and tyson was in his prime against a douche.

Cortez was the worse ref I have ever seen! He was holding Hatton's hands while Mayweather was landing lead rights that were snapping Ricky's head back.Cortez should of put a pillow in front of the turnbuckle and he should of caught him before he hit the canvas.I have never seen a ref do that bad of a job

You obviously do not understand how odds work. If you bet 1,000,000 on douglas the odds would have changed drastically as not much money was bet on the fight.

Was he not hurt from the punch? Did he not answer back with any punches? Was he clinching to pervent anymore punches from landing?

When one fighter is hurt{yes Hatton was hurt,I know that is hard for you to believe}the ref should not intervene while the action is in progress.He couldn't wait for the pace to slow down for an untied shoelace?

yeah for everyone else, 42-1 was at fight time, it was probably higher days before the fight.
