Vic Darchinyan takes Kirilov's Title, Dirrell stays Unbeaten On SHOWTIME

Can Darchinyan beat Donaire in a rematch? Or more over will Donaire take a rematch with Vic?

“I would like to have a rematch with Donaire,” said Darchinyan, who improves to 30-1-1 with 24 big knockouts. “But who ever they put in front of me, Christian Mijares, Fernando Montiel, it doesn’t matter. I love to fight.”
I see many on this site were taking beat on Vic. After a 13 month lay off. What did he shows in those 5 rounds last Friday night? Was the left hand good enough to defeat Donaire? In their first fight it seemed Donaire exposed Darchinyan for what he was and was able to turn his own agression on him. Finally knocking him out as he lunged in with a left hand. My guess if it does happen the result will be more of the same. Vic is great with tremndous power but his boxing skills are questionable. Manny was sim to Vic in the beginning and Emanuak was quick to point it out in every telecast of PacMan's fiughts. But in his last fight against David Diaz PacMan showed he has much improved on his skills overall and he is no longer just that straigh left hand he has added a few more weapons in his arsonal. Can Vic do the same and take it to the next level???

If Darchinyan rematched Donaire, he is ****ed.

About that Vic vs. Kirilov fight, Freddie Roach is a ****ing moron for a trainer. Even though Kirilov was very ****** for circling to Vic's power hand Roach is even dumber for not telling his fighter to stop doing that ****. Vic still is very limited to the left hand but man its a hell of a left hand.

As for Manny's win over Diaz. Let me state this I feel Manny is still a very limited fighter but I respect his work because something must be said for a limited fighter fighting people who knows his limitation yet they can do nothing to stop it. Diaz was nothing but practice for Manny. All those punches Manny was throwing against Diaz he would never do that **** against Marquez, Campbell or Casamayor. It just goes to show how sorry Diaz actually was that Manny used him for nothing but practice and got a belt out of it.

        Cong**** Manny!!!!!!!!!!

I agree it is one hell of a left hand but Donaire has exploted it and showed his vulnerability. I think and my question was can Donaire beat Vic again. My answer is yes. i don't see enough of an improvement in Vic style and use of his other punches for him to beat Donaire in a rematch.

If Manny is so limited why hasn't anyone exposed him like they have other limited fighters. Because other then a left hand he has stamina, speed and he now throws combonations. I agree Diaz was a warm up for bigger and better things but he still outclassed a bigger stronger fighter and landed at will much like it was target practice. ...Lefty

As for Donaire yes he can beat Vic again. Vic does keep his hand close to his face now though.

For Manny sometimes a person's athletic gifts can trump another persons skills and I think that is the position Manny is in to be honest. Manny is limited but the athletic gifts that he posses gets him over and you can't be mad at that. Marquez won both fights to me but thats not how it is in the official record books. Manny threw those combos against Diaz he will not let his hands go like that against Marquez, Campbell or Casamayor like said IMO.
