What kind of defense does Cotto Use

I liked the way he defends in the early part of the Margarito fight... not when he was just ducking punches but when he was actually blocking htem

He should have ducked more and blocked less.

He tries to use the shoulder roll then he puts his gloves up high covering his face with his elbows way out, exposing his chin as he lunges in.

I dont know which defense he was using but I do know which one Margarito was using.....its called the Balboa defense....

lmaoo. Balboa kept his hands completely at his sides, plus he's slow as **** so he got hit with everything "The Line" Dixon had to offer.

He uses a cross arm defense, similar to what Ken Norton and Foreman used.
