How many times do you see fighters actually follow through with their pre-fight promises/threats? example:

"I will retire Vitali Klitschko"
"I will beat Shane Mosley worse than Vargas"
"I will KO so and so in spectacular fashion"
"You will see the real me come September 4th, i will KO him within 5"

I usually find that the fighters who make these big calls usually end up having
a **** fight and end up going the distance etc.
