They're all in it together. Pac-Hoya is nothing but moneymaking venture for Arum,Hoya,Pac,Roach. If Hoya wins, Pac gets out of his contract debacle with GBP, Arum agrees because he doesn't have to share Pac with GBP. Pac will agree to lose to give Hoya his pre-retirement big win. Roach of course seem like he's dissing Hoya but that is all part of the pre-fight hype. Hoya will decision Pac, and Pacquiao would gladly get the 10mil plus the rep that he went up two divisions and gave a Hall of Fame fighter, one of the greatest of this generation a run for his money.

Pac wants to cash out too, it's not just roach. pac's got at most 2 years left of good fighting... after oscar tho those 2 years will be spent.
