I thought Jose Antonio Rivera retired?

Is Iceman John Scully around? If i remember correctly Rivera clearly stated he was going to retire after the Santos fight win or lose. Boxrec says he is fighting tommarow in Massachusetts against Clarence Taylor 13-16.
