Don't know about you, but where I'm from he said he was "looking" at the Marg/Cotto winner. Just like he was looking at Mora, Pac, and I think Trinidad was even mentioned. I don't believe the man ever said he would fight the winner of Cotto/Marg.

Oh and here ya go. Before the fight between Cotto/Marg even took place ODLH said he would not fight Margarito. Now explain how he's going back on his word???

I also thought he said he would fight the winner of Margo Cotto.. i don't have any links though.. but ODLH is a promoter so most of the things that come out his mouth is political bullcrap any way

Yeah, i read that article aswell, but i also read one where he says he's considering the winner of Cotto/Margarito. Marg won, and now he's no longer interested in the winner of that bout.

First it was "i wont fight a fellow P.Rican because my wife is Puerto Rican, and we live in Puerto Rico"

Now its "i wont fight a fellow Mexican, because im Mexican, and i dont want to be hated by my own people"

So now he's looking to make a fight at 147, with a guy who's has fought as high as 135 only once. So much for trying to go out with the biggest fight possible! LOL.

WTF is the point? he challenged Floyd and instead he was a little ***** refused and then later retired! i doubt floyd ever comes back but if he does he needs to grow some balls and say u know wat margarito im ****in ready for u. but he wont its a shame because fights like these are what makes boxing bigger. but floyd could careless about boxing he only cares about himself!

its one thing to duck a fighter for years and another thing to not make a fight happen not even 2 weeks after Margarito just finished fighting a war against cotto. margarito vs williams will happen dont doubt that early next year i would bet!

yeah exactly everybody says floyd would do a lot of things, even himself said he was gonna do a lot of things, but he never does, i really hope he stays out of the sport, he should be on the sprint race representing USA for the olympics, he has a shot. the 100 meter would be perfect.
