People underestimate Wlad's handspeed.

I would say Chambers has a SLIGHT edge in speed but that's negated by the fact that Wlad hits 1,000,000x harder.

Wladimir has the fastest hands of the 'super' heavyweights.

Chambers and now Haye, provided he has not slowened down due to the added weight, maybe even old James Toney are the fastest 'small' heavyweights.

I don't know about Toney anymore but he used to be.
