Are either Clottey or Williams PPV fights?

I dont know if its just me, but either fight isn't exciting enough for me to want to pay $50 for. Not saying they won't be entertaining, but either fight doesn't feel like a big event for me to where I wouldn't mind droppin 50. Either fight should definitely happen and I do want to see them, but out of a year with other PPV fights that may happen that I DO want to see, should either of these be PPV?

Would be lots of punches thrown in this fight. Clottey in my book is more of a counter puncher and will look to block before he throws Williams and Marg will go throw some exchanges and be worthy of a PPV. It also depends on the under card if they could get maybe Clottey on the under card with a match against either Cotto or Judah it would be salavating....

Neither of these guys could carry a PPV or fill out an arena if their lives depended on it. Clottey vs. Judah had a laughable 1800 in the audience if I recall correctly.
