Yup, I agree with this. Did not Oscar just recently fight a much smaller guy as well in Steve Forbes? Is Manny that much smaller than Forbes? Is Manny not better than Forbes? I think that if he puts on the weight the right way, or as well as possible, given the time given, he should not have a much harder time than Forbes, at the least. Think guys.

The size difference is ridiculous, DLH once fought Bernard Hopkins for 9 rounds while Pacquiao was diminutive as a lightweight next to David Diaz.

          oscar choose to fight easy.

pacman poses no opposition to oscar but he is about to raked in million dollars only the best in boxing has ever got. i haven't heard of any lightweight champion posed to get such amount, if ever.

i guess even barrera, morales, campbell, or marquez will take on oscar if they will be offered to fight with such huge pay.

but i still hope the negotiation will fail.

Me too... But if this fight happens... well, Pacman can retire and forget about all of the fighters at LW calling him out and laugh his way to the bank...

According to Filipino law this match up constitutes statutory ****, which can not be televised live. That's quite a problem if you ask me.

In al seriousness, you can't blame Pacquiao for cashing in, but you can blame De la Hoya for being the biggest ***** ever.

Why is it so? Prime Oscar fought an old 5'6" Whitaker and couldn't get it done. And now his fighting a prime p4p best and you call him a *****? Pacquiao has been fighting at 145-147 come fight time more or less 4 times already and for sure he isn't going toe2toe w/ Oscar. Lets get it on.
