Oct. 25 is not accepted by Team Kessler.

The Sauerland team, who won the purseoffer, yesterday announced that Mikkel Kessler's mandatory against Danilo Haussler is to take place at Oct. 25. That date is 5 days after the 120 day limit stipulated in the purseoffer-conditions. Team Palle and Mikkel Kessler is unhappy:

"I'm sick of waiting. I heard that the date was Sep. 20 and I've been hoping for this date to get the fight over with" Kessler says. Bettina Palle, Kessler's manager hasn't accepted the date yet:

"We've just had the date and we are not through with our internal discussions, but it's obviously beyond the 120 day limit. We haven't heard much from the germans. Nothing about where the fight is to take place".

Bettina Palle tells danish tabloid Ekstra Bladet that she has demanded all details as of monday, including venue of the fight.

The sooner they get this mandatory out of the way, the better.

Kessler shouldn't waste his prime, it doesn't last for long - he should take another fight three or four months after this one. He should fight at least three times per year for the next few years.

Sorry but..... nobody really cares until he fights a top-level opponent again, which will be never.

Yes. He said he wanted 3 fights this year and that he wanted to fight again soon after Sartison since he for the first time in a long time was injury-free after the fight.

It will be difficult, but not impossible to get another fight within the year.

          Oh ****. Really?

"And why would he never fight a top-level opponent again", Bat asked without expecting a meaningful reply.
