If Paul already "beat" Tony, why is he crying for a rematch with the 147lbs king?

Well since Goosen has said that this fight (if signed), wont take place till early 09, Margarito should fight either Clottey or Oscar. For some reason, a fight with Clottey just dont excite me. I'd much rather see him face Oscar, the rematch Williams in early 09.

Marg has just fought 2 of the top guys, having a real tough one against Cotto (considered the best by many myself included) He dont need to fight Williams straight away, he's worked so hard and long to get to the top let him get a big money fight in there first or a gimmie defence. He already fought Paul President of the who needs em club Williams when he didnt have to.

BUT This fight MUST happen sooner rather than later!

this thread starter is obviously not a true boxing fan... if your favorite fighter got beat convincingly by a top contender, then went on to beat the no.1 guy in the division but can't be considered the undisputed or linear champ until he beat the guy that beat him... Wouldn't you want your favorite fighter to avenge that loss?!? He's one win away from the History books ... c'mon mang (pun intended)

it was, but he didint do it, and by holding the linear championship, it gave him an excuse not to, even though we all wanted to see him do it, he didint. your point?

williams obviously wants to steal margarito's thunder... like he did the first time he beat margarito.
