P4P, What fighter can chase mayweather and counter him all night

If there is a fighter out there that cant cleanly catch mayweather, but can chase mayweather around and counter cleanly every time he throws, who is it. And I dont mean chasing as in trying to catch him with punches all night, I just said that because thats what you have to do if you fight floyd. I meant following him waiting for floyd to throw punches and countering him really good, making him pay everytime. Yes it would be an extremely boring fight but I wonder what floyd would do in this situation?
