I was reading in a boxing mag once and the mag was talking to Emanuel Steward the once trainer of Tommy Hearns, Lennox Lewis ,and Naz !
In the interview they asked Emanuel Steward who was the hardest puncher you have ever held the Mitts for ?
I was expecting him to say Lennox Lewis but i was shocked when Emanuel Steward said: no question its Naseem Hamed...P4P His power was on another level he had the the type of power fighters can only dream of!

If were going to do this by percentage then it could be:
                      Kermit Cintron 27 KO's in 29 W - 93%

                      Around the divisions surrounding Welterweight.
