they punch harder than any of this 6'7 250 giants.

Klitschko's size and muscle mass just adds on to his punching power. The hook that he landed on Ray Austin was as hard of a shot that Tua caught Johnson Ruiz with. You could actually hear it in the entire arena it was so loud. Tua has power, but hes just doesn't punch harder than Klitschko in any way shape or form. Klitschko also mixes his boxing ability with it so his power is more damaging where as Tua just loads up on the left hook. His (Klitschko) long arms and the accuracy( which indeed matters becuase the punches are more effective when accurate) are one of the hardest and lethal weapons that i have ever seen.

This is actually my favorite fight of Klitschko. He used every punch in his arsenal and was very effective at doing. He is mainly a left jab right handed fighter but he actually mixed it up in this one.

    just listen.

Wow, a power punching plus an old weak chin is a bad combination.

i liked the peter fight the best for wlad.

i know it was rabbit punches but he showed his heart getting up all the time.

it showed off peter's toughness too.

i think wlad ruined that kid imho.

For one-punch power it's got to be Tua.

going toe to toe with the tuaman is not a very good idea.

i have that fight in my dvd collection. i have every tua fight except tua-byrd , tua-lewis and tua-rahman 2.

my dad is a big boxing guy. he use to show me all the ali , robinson , louis , dempsey , archie fights when i was a baby.

my dad never thought anything about tua before but when i visited him once and showed him that 6 in. punch he appreciated tua more.

takes a lot of skill and power to ko a guy that close with very little arm movement......

one was crazy for food and the other just plain crazy.

                ike could've been something special.

tua was limited by his height , ike had no such limits on his potential.

tua's career is not bad. he beat a few future world champions and was a top 10 contender for many years. it could've been better though. if he had don king as his promoter he would've been multiple time champion or had multiple shots at least. for a guy to have such a stellar career and only ONE title shot is a joke.

unfortunately for him his ONE title shot was lewis at the peak of his career......

I picked Tua to beat Lewis for some reason - Oooops!

                      yeah me too.

i followed tua since he was young. my dad was a huge felix savon guy. my dad loved cuban heavyweights for some reason.

i saw my dad's video of savon koing tua in the ams and my dad was like he's too small to be a heavyweight. tua was 5'10 200. turned pro at 204.

he would've been a monster cruiserweight. imagine him fighting hill , michalczewski , toney , jirov , gomez , cole , cyz , norris...... would've been great fights. having a limit might have kept him in better shape too.

sad that rahman , maskaev and ruiz all won titles AFTER he koed them. hell oquendo got 2-3 title chances AFTER tua koed him too......
