haven't doing much training in here , player.

i've put on some weight in here. i lift weights but b-ball ain't my thing you feel me? and b-ball is the only cardio we get in here. not really safe to run around the yard. so not much cardio.

i'm 289 right now.

my next parole hearing is in 2010 so i got time to lose some weight.
