I don't know how many of you guys actually boxed at one time or another but if you hurt your hand in a fight it makes it hard to throw with confidence or power becasue you can't make a tight fist and that is what you need to punch well tight fists. Often guys slap with there gloves late in fights becuaase their hands in general get tired from squeezing the glove together. Clottey claimed he hurt both hands now how legitamte his claims are you and i will never know but after seeing him fight a few times now I think he must have really hurt himself badily to just pull back like that.

Look man watch the fight, how did he start slow if he jumped all over Cotto in the 2nd round and didn't stop chasing him the whole fight??

I'm not taking the win against PW away, he beat Marg's fair and square but to say he beats Margs again, and it's and easy fight like alot of these fools are saying, is plain ******.

Marg's vs PW would be a great fight once again and I think Marg's jumps on him early and not allow him to pot shot him like he did in the first fight.

You have a bad recollection of this fight. He did hurt his hand, but he kept fighting on and busted Margs up pretty good. Stop overrating Cotto, he basically quit. Clottey didn't come close to quitting. IMO he beat Margs up and was on the end of some very bad scoring.
