Theres definetly strings attached. All Goosen has to do is contact Sergio Diaz, that same guy who manages Margarito and the same guy who went against Arum and went for the Williams fight for 1.5 mil. Goosen is just talking or he'd have already talked to Sergio Diaz.

and you're right...Arum had nothing to do with the first PW, Margarito fight. he wanted MARGARITO to WAIT and fight Cotto......
