Hmmm good fight. It's a toss up imo. But I'd like to see Arce-Donaire because Donaire becomes Mijares' mandatory if it happens.

Arce is pretty much washed up and is being handled very carefully. I don't see him taking any tough fights like Gorres unless the money is real good.

I got Darchinyan in round four via steel chair.

I don't think washed up so to say, but he hasn't been the same since Mijares destroyed him. I wouldn't say he was past his prime when he fought Mijares because Arce still produced a fast work rate and had great legs. Mijares was always just steps ahead.

Didn't see him against the thai dude, but was he really shot?

He was lucky to get a decision in Mexico against a hand picked opponent they brought in to lose. Arce isn't totally shot, but I believe I would pick any top contender to beat him at this point. Especially a boxer like Mijares, Montiel, or even Gorres. Maybe his best option is trying to outslug Darchinyan. Too bad their promoters are on bad terms.

true. arce was never the same after the mijares fight. but gorres is not in the same level as arce.

the real threat in this division is nonito. no montiel, mijares.

nonito will become the undisputed champion of this division... soon.

Against that Thai dude? He got a gift decision, and he was waaay behind on points too against Tomas Rojas and just got lucky with a liver shot...

arce vs gorres would be a good fight...

gorres gave both montiel & darch a run for their money...

I see the talent in Gorres, but he's chicken****, that's his f**kin' problem. I've only seen Z once, against Montiel, I mean, he looked good making Montiel missed, but didn't make the f**ker pay for it. Judges aren't impressed 'cause ya made someone miss, they want f**kin' offense, action, etc..
