Helio Gracie challenged Joe Louis to a fight?

I just caught a little of some program called MMA: From Bloodsport to Big Time and they were covering a little of Jiu-Jitsu's history. One of the Gracie's claimed that Helio (now 94 years old), challenged Joe Louis to a bare knuckled fight. How do you all think that would've turned out? Helio looked pretty damn petite.
