its all subjective. thats just my take dude...

A visionary?? Dude he sings like Ja Rule did years ago, and now he uses that voice thing that Tpain uses but he's a visionary? What is so visionary about that? He's very average. But hey we all have our own opinions.

haha. i see what your saying, but i absolutely HATED that ja rule ****. i actualy really like weezy's use of the vocoder (the tpain effect your talking bout), but i normally hate that too. even when he's singing there are elements that are much hipper than how other cats are doin that ****. just like the production- the actual texture of the drums, the basslines- thats ****'s happenin' imo.

i also really like the tracks that are less- melody driven, straight forward rapping tracks like a milli, 3 peat, gossip, i feel like dying. as a musician (went to a conservatory and im a pro guitarist), i can appreciate his flow and his behind the beat, laid back style. rhythmically, its pretty sick. it makes me feel high and i stopped smokin chronic for boxing, but i can relate. must be that syzzirup!
