I wouldn't and the reason being is that Tony has pretty much cleaned out the division and has already faced Williams and lost to him. What happens to Tony if he loses to Williams again at this stage in his career. Who else is out there for him? He should move up a weight class?

I think he should have the rematch with Clottey if he wins, he could fight Williams, if he loses he could have a 3rd fight with Clottey. Berto, meanwhile could fight P-Will.

Had clottey won big last night like sparked Judah out
then maybe the rematch would make more sense and sell better

BUT nah i would prefer to see him take Williams on
    someone he lost to...

It's not what you would prefer, it's what you would do. Where do you go if you lose to Williams, it is a possibility after all. A third fight, who would want to see it?

If I were Marg I would look for a match with Berto, if I couldn't persuade De La Hoya to fight me. I think he could beat Williams, but I'd make Williams favourite for sure. I'd make Marg favourite over Clottey.

Margarito just needs to take the biggest money fight out there for him. If he can't get DLH, he should just fight whoever brings him the biggest payday whether it's Williams or anyone else. I don't think Margarito would be an underdog to anyone at welterweight, not even Williams...

It's like Bhop, he was the best ever and he lost twice to Jermain Taylor, but Bhop was Bhop he didn't dish as much punishment as Tony late in his career and he had the name and glory. He had to move up to fight Tarver at 175. Who could Margarito move up to fight, Santos AGAIN?

I would fight williams like a true mexican warrior to avenge my loss where I let down my country men.

no, he should try and get a fight with dlh first. if that fight doesn't happen then go for pwill. that would definitley be his hardest fight but he could handle it if he starts putting the pressure at beginning of the match instead of the second half of the fight like he did in the first fight.
