Do I think FMJ will fight again? Yes. They almost ALL seem to come back. Do I know when he'll fight again? No. Do i believe that he was genuinely tired/unmotivated and wanted a break? Yes. Am i willing to talk about him against eveybody and anybody for the next x number of months/years until he comes back? No.

It is amazing HOW ****** PBF FANS ARE! Everyone knows his legacy is no where near secure unless he does come back only PBF fans think it is. Comparing B Sanders retirement 2 PBF is ******ED. Cotto has more love and respect for fighting the best and not dodging like PBF. Which is the point exactly. If he is such a clown, why the heck would you even care what he does? Why does your post seem so angry? Why are you talking about a retired fighter with such emotion?

In case you don't remember, Ring Magazine had FMJ as the #1 p4p fighter for three years running, and he was on top until he "retired'. So i don't think he is quite the joke you are making him out to be. ...but that isn't the point of this thread.

What HBO did was within their right, whether it was wrong or not it did not matter. They've been wanting to say that about Mayweather for the longest time and him biting their hand didn't help either. HBO is a business just like Mayweather is a businessman. They also sent a message to DLH.

What the message achieved:

1. Floyd might come back and fight guys like Cotto, Margarito, Paul, Clottey and Berto
2. If Floyd doesn't come back HBO has already made a statement that he was not the best at WW so their new guys get all the PROPS without having to hear about Floyd.
3. They made it clear that even if DLH fights Pacman at WW he is still not a top 10 WW.
