Maybe the rematch should be in NY on the eve of the PR day parade. It would sell big time, Cotto would need a big comeback win though. Maybe against Clottey or Williams since they are Margarito's biggest "threats". If Cotto could beat one of the two on the big stage, then I believe a rematch at the Garden would be in order. Miguel went to Chicanoland to fight Tony, Tony can give Miguel the rematch in Boricualand.

The more interesting question would be if Cotto-Margarito got made back in 2006 or w/e, when Cotto fought Judah instead, would Margarito have won? Cause remember, Margarito never learned his "lesson" to start fast.
