Why has Cotto been fighting bums like Alfonso Gomez and never stepped up to Paul Williams despite being called out by him repeatedly??

It is ridiculous to suggest boxing needs Mayweather, it has lost both better and more entertaining fighters than him before, and remains in rude health without him. On the other hand he is easily the best boxer of the current era and it would be good to see him back fighting again. Simple really.

The only part I disagreed with was that Mayweather might indeed be able to defeat Margarito with one foot out the door. He's that good against just such styles.

People be ****ting on Kellerman for his approach to boxing commentating, but the guy's got the goods.

I noticed how when he interviewing Margarito before his fight with Cotto, he really wanted Margarito to confess he was better than Cotto that night.

          It was quite eerie.

because he failed to satisfy when he had just arrived at the top of boxing. he's at the peak of his career and ppl are wondering what might have been. everyone knows his potential even the haters, and he isn't fulfilling it. I guess thats kinda frustrating to most boxing fans including myself. he retired too soon. he has unfinished business even though he has accomplished so much.

3 more great fights against 3 of the best competition at 147 and he could be cemented as a top 5 boxer of all time. Margarito, Williams, Cotto. If he could fight and beat those 3, he is top 5 all-time by me. 1 more year of boxing, thats all it would take for him.

Floyd and Oscar is unquestionable the lifeline to & from boxing to the casual fan.
Oscar is boring. So in reality Floyd is Boxing Last American Star that the casual fan reconize...

I used to like Max. But somewhere along the line he began to imitate Larry Merchant. Now instead of giving guys credit all he does is knit pick constantly.

what he said about mayweather was right on point. I had nothing against it as a big mayweather fan. he spoke the truth. mayweather needs to hear it.

Kellerman is a Floyd fan and he probably wants Floyd to come kick Margarito's ass just like me. If I was in Max's position, I'd say the same thing to get Floyd back.
