The headbutt could have caused the cut then the uppercut opened up the cut but I think the uppercut caused it.

1: Admitting it was caused by a punch, given that the fight was stopped anyways, would only mean that he's admitting it should've been a TKO on cuts.

2: How can he be sure? He could very well believe it was caused by a headbutt... before a replay was shown were you 100% positive as to what caused the cut?
