Arthur Abraham is scheduled for a mandatory defense against qualified challenger Raul Marquez on Oct. 4 in Berlin. Promoter of the event is Wilfried Sauerland.

Sauerland won the recent purse-offer of the WBA SMW titlefight between Mikkel Kessler and Danilo Haussler. Rumour has it that this fight will go ahead as a double-header with the Abraham-fight.

This might be the biggest european card this year.

Sauerland fightcards are usually televised by german public service channel ARD. ARD has had all their recent fights streamed live except for Abraham-Miranda.

Since this card is promoted exclusively by Sauerland there should be a good chance for a live stream for your viewing pleasure

You're right. This looks like a mis-match. This is a mandatory however so blame the WBA. In any case no big name american has shown even remote interest in fighting the dangerous viking warrior.
