    Lamon Brewster returns August 30

One of my favorite heavyweights is returning to the ring.

Former heavyweight champion Lamon Brewster (33-4, 29 KOs) returns against an opponent to be named on August 30 at Cincinnati Gardens. The card will include at least seven bouts and will also feature several local fighters. Rashad Halloway, Robert Dula, Adrien Broner, Hasaan Murph, Ravea Springs and Bran-don Bennett are all scheduled to see action. The entire fight card will be announced within the week. Cincinnati businessman Andrew Williams is promoting the fight card jointly with Brewster's company, Relentless Promotions.

But still young enough to give Calzaghe the biggest ass kicking - Cal-slappy is going to move straight ahead like the dumb-ass he is and he'll get punished by the man you call your grandfather.. Which only makes coming defeat of Calzaghe that much more embarrassing

He's got eye problems and his fight with Wladmir took all the fight he had out of him. I don't see this turning out well for Brewster.

Too bad Lamon will never be the same after Wlad(as well as any fighter after fighting Wlad). Wlad can punch and Brewster showed his granite chin by taking those bombs.

Brewster is an exciting fighter, I hope he can bounce back (which I highly doubt).
