Should Cortez be banned from being a ref??

I don't understand what this man is still doing as a referee.Especially after the incident at the last ppv?? I hope he doesnt still get to ref big fights.This man is becoming an awful ref.Hell maybe he always was one.Anyways opinions please....Why is this man still getting to ref??
Should he still be allowed to ref..? Opinions?
