Does PACQUIAO have heavy hands or not? cause Fighters say he never hurts them?

I am wondering if Pacman really has heavy hands cause why is it when he fights guys and he batters them they look like they lost their soul and are dying.

But then during the post fight interviews the fighters who he knocks out or beats to pulps always say he didn't hurt me or like solis said "no offence to pacquiao but My wife hits harder then him"
David Diaz also said pacman has no power but then he got knocked out.


look towards the video especially the end of this video they show all pacmans victims and they all look dead at the end of the fight.

well what I am wondering is he has been knocking guys out at 108 all the way to 135 doesn't that make him heavy handed cause if you have light bones and don't have heavy hands you ain't gonna go up that much in weight and battering fools like that.

He has strong joints. That's for sure. He's got a thick wrist as opposed to many fighters with a skinny wrist which obviously doesn't let you have as great of an impact as with a thicker wrist that can withstand more power you put into the shot and deliver better. Of course that doesn't have much of anything to do with the Pacman His main thing is speed kills and that's the story. He's quick and it's moreso the speed combined with decent power but nothing mind numbing. But speed+power=KOs. But if you do notice, against Diaz, Manny was playing around abit and practicing his right hook as he knew Diaz didn't have much to offer. Thus, Manny wasn't sitting down on his punches believe it or not, he was moving alot and just staying busy. When he finally sat down on his punches in the last 2 rounds of the fight, you saw the end result. That short left he landed was pure power that ended it.
