To filipinos he allready is. Imagine if Pacman KO's De La Hoya he will beat Golden Boy another MexicaN AND HAVE WENT UP 17LBS to do so. That is a Yes from me.

Yes. He would be one of the very best boxers ever. Easily the best of the recent generation, including Jones and Mayweather.

      he's already an all-time great.

name one flyweight titlist that also won a title at lightweight?

5 titles in 5 divisions. 3 of them lineal.

not too many guys were 5-1-1 against future HOFers either.

it's better than Mayweather beating Oscar only because Manny is a tiny little ****.

This is true, Mayweather also was a lot smaller than Oscar, but at the time they fought Mayweather was a 147 boxer. Pacquiao is a small 135. Thats really the major difference.

Yeah that's true but Manny won't look like he did for Diaz if he fights Oscar and Floyd was a light flyweight in the amateurs too. Whatever, just my take, i'm still a fan of pacman's.

Honestly, I think it completely ruins Oscar's legacy if he loses to a guy half his size. Seriously, I don't care how hard Pacquiao hits or how "past it" Oscar is. If he loses to Pacman, his legacy takes an enormous hit. No way should Pacquiao win this fight

                  different styles too.

floyd doesn't get hit a lot. we all know he could go up to any weight class and his defense will get him by.

manny is a slugger. harder for a slugger to move up in weight.
