How can you sue posters on an internet forum? If thats the case then why doesn't Marquez sue the posters here who said he was gay? Or what about the ones that said Campbell was on steroids when he beat Juan Diaz?

There has to be legal precedent to move forward with that kind of claim and there isn't.

That would be stepping a bit far and would infringe on the people's right to free speech.

With journalists, they're held to a higher standard of what they report. Very different issues.
