Seemingly Bob ignores Paul Williams at 147 but at the same time he iss willing to make a fight with him against Kelly Pavlik. He obviously doesnt want Williams terrorizing his fighters at Welterweight. So he thinks if he ignores him enough at Welter, Williams wont be able to make the weight anymore and have no choice but to move up.
