Thats the same way I feel, they are both trained for different environments. Taking them out of their environment and placing them in another won't work out well.

TBH while I have respect for MMA fighters, I just think alot of it is boring. It ends up on the ground with moves that take alot of skill and strength to pull off but like the presenter said to the naked eye it's not that fun to watch unless you're studied in the sport. To the untrained eye it looks like two guys humping each other.

I find sports like Boxing, Muay Thai much more exciting because they offer one outlet to win in which then can concentrate an perfect whereas in MMA you are NEVER going to get a guy great at everything. Even Fedor's stand up skills aren't great but his ground game is. Silva's striking is great but his ground game isn't etc.
