Cotto was the running man and you can thank his brother Floyd for thatMarq vs Vasq on the other hand was all toe to toe action with no one takeing a step backwards.

ummm i was at both fights!!! I can't pick one over the other...well if you want to just talk about the fight...I can honestly say the marquez/vasquez fight was a better all out war with both fighters taking bombs constantly where you didn't know who was going to win! The margarito fight was just as good but about after the 7th round it wasnt a fight the like the vasquez fight. Margarito was pulling away and started to beat the **** out of cotto. Hands down though the atmosphere in the MGM this past saturday is something i'll never forget!!!!! IT was awesome!!!!!! Just the fight itself though i go with vasquez/marquez being better but as an event, a rivalry, the emotions, the atmosphere the cotto/tony fight was off the hook!!!!

i think its the conclusion of cotto marg that is so "ree****yaluss" that makes u wanan think its fight of the year.

but foty for me has to be a back and forth battle the whole time...

Marq/Vasq was a better fight to the Margarito/cotto fight, Cotto ran from the begining..if it wasnt for Margarito who enforce his plan the fight would have been boring..

The fight itself was boring as ****, the same **** over and over again. Cotto tap tap run, Margarito swing swing swing. It wasn't until the 10th/11th that it got good.
