Everyone is forgetting that Cotto hits 5x harder than Money, if Tony had it easy in walking through Cotto's best and harder punches, what makes you think he won't just bulldoze the weaker Mayweather? a Baldomir-Mayweather all over again? I don't think so, Baldomir is not a big puncher and Tony is much taller, stronger and much much better puncher than Baldomir. I can't really argue people for picking Mayweather because it is obviously the logical choice but I see Tony landing some hurting on Floyd and wearing him down as much or worse than Cotto.

it's hard to say man. I'm a big fan of both. I've always felt floyd would beat margarito! Cotto was supposed to mop the floor with margarito with his boxing skills and look what happened. YOu can never underestimate margarito he does so many other things in the ring that make up for his weakness' you can't really say! You can talk all you want and give floyd every advantage just about but then again you did that with the undisputed champion cotto and margarito hunted him down and beat the **** out of him. Hard to tell man. I was confident enough in marg to beat cotto i put a good amount of money on it in vegas....I don't know if can do the same if he fought floyd.

It's not really a question if Tony can walk through Mayweather's punches because he can and will. It's more of a question of will his punches be able to find Floyd.

Because margaritos footwork is terrible and he follows you, he doesnt cut off the ring, his punches are slow and looping and you are talking about a man who has some of the best defensive movement and upper body movment the game has ever seen. you emphasize too much on power when thats only one facet of the game.

Margarito is slow as hell on his feet, he wont touch Mayweather all night. Mayweather could fight a couple different ways but would be on his bike all night. No comp Margarito is trash.
