Why a Margarito - Cotto rematch?

Cotto did everything he could and still lost. When he boxed, Margs caught up to him and leveled him. When he tried to slug with Margs, he got whooped and KO'ed. The fight wasnt even close. The best Cotto could have hoped for was a Draw on the official scorecards because he was down by 2 points on 2 cards. So it would have been a majority draw at the most. Cotto doesnt deserve a rematch. There was nothing that he did in that fight that merits a rematch. He never hurt Margs. Wasnt up on the cards. Wasnt very effective as a boxer or puncher. Really, why the rematch?

You mean besides the part where he dominated Margarito for the first 6 rounds of the fight? Oh yeah, it wasn't even close...

Get your head out of Margarito's ass, seriously.

**** you. Dominated my ****in ass. He ran all ****ing night. That wasnt boxing. When you turn your body away from your opponent and walk away its called running. I was at the fight. HE GAVE UP!!!!!!! Why should he even get a shot again. I could understands if he went out on his shield, but to give up? Hell no. Domintated, what a ****in Cotto **** sucker. **** you and your dumb ass boxing "knowledge". I was there at the fight. You got to hear the Cotto cheerleaders call the fight. You must be a dumbass who is easily persuaded and cant make a smart though on your own with out someone telling you what to think.

Thats what will happen. Cotto did EVERYTHING he could to the best of his ability and still GAVE UP. He doesnt deserve a rematch.

Calmado Hermano. Cotto gave Margarito a shot.

If Cotto wants a rematch it's fine by me. I really doubt he does though.

There was no competition. Once Tony got warmed up it was over fo Cotto. If Cotto "DOMINATED" The first six Rounds, why was Margs up by 2 points after 10? That is 6 - 4. So your ****** idiot theory is thrown in the ****in trash.

Because he was doing a good job in the fight before slowing down, even though his performance was very good, he still could have done more to win the fight and a lot of fans had Cotto ahead or had the fight even through 10.

And they fought for his title so he's entitled to a rematch.
