how orders it? is it the opponent or the officials or the body government like the WBC,WBA...etc
it kinda confusing even in other sport on how they would test for steroids.
Is the drug test done before or after the fight?
and when did they made the test for Vargas and James Toney? and why Vargas he lost the fight anyway doenst make sense to test someone who lost the fight for steroid?
I also remember this Mexican guy who won over a Filipino guy but then he strip from his win for taking meth
