thats why they look at your phone number and zipcode and along with it your ethnicity.
I also found out like a year ago that the majority of PAcquiao ppvs are not bought by filipinos .....75 percent of the people who ordered pacquiaos fights are Mexicans.

in general Latinos are the ones who order the majority of boxing ppvs.

Not saying that its true or not, but think about it. How does Arum know which group of ethnic backrounds were responsible for the majority of purchases, only 2 days after the fight? I dont care if blacks are responsible for the purchases, all im saying is, nobody can make an assumption like that so soon.
