Post in here if Cotto's standing has increased in your eyes since the Marg fight

I've always been a fan of Cotto, so my perception of him hasn't drastically altered. I certainly do not think any worse of him since the Marg fight, even though I never expected to see Cotto take a knee.

However, I noticed Terrible....put Cotto in his favourite active fighters list straight after the fight, so I'm just wondering if anyone came out of that fight with more respect and admiration for Miguel? Maybe previously you didn't dig, but since then, his stock has increased in your mind.

I think Cotto showed his skill in the first 6, and i was impressed with his heart. Also, he proved his chin isn't as glass as people made out.

hasn't increased or decreased. he's world class. just ran into a guy thats a very difficult matchup for him. he looked great for most of the fight.

i didnt lose or gain more respect for cotto in this fight. i only wish that if he was going to lose this fight that he should have stuck to his usual fighting style. meaning more jabs and body punches.

exactly what I was gona post about the chin. nobody can pull that card out their ass anymore, cotto chin is good and he will come back strong. props to marg for the win.

I agree he definitely could have gone to the body more and moved to his right...that would have kept margarito a little more off balance... cotto can win a rematch mark my words... any other fighter would have crumbled in 5 or 6 with the pressure margarito applied... I have even more respect for him now... awesome fight!!!!

I'd say he's in my top ten favorite fighters now, though he never was prior to losing this fight. Strange huh? I used to hate Jermaine Taylor too but now can't wait to see him fight again. Funny sport.
