Trinidad-Margarito would've been a hell of a fight. I would have to give it to Tony though. Trinidad never had the best of chins and he had the tendency to get discouraged and frustrated. ex: (De la hoya, Hopkins and Wright.) I think Margarito would've stopped Trinidad earlier then he did Cotto. Cotto is a very well rounded boxer with good head and foot movedment. Trinidad was more one dimensional, and relied more on one punch. I think it would be a hell of a war while it would last, Margarito would be to much for Tito with his workrate and body punching. good point......but i'd say Tito was def a better boxer (moving, counter punching, head movement) than Cotto.....and Cotto did it for 11 rounds...almost made it out.

I think if Tito couldnt get him out of there he just would have boxed the rest of the way

I dont think Tito was a better boxer than Cotto at all. Cotto is an excellent boxer, but not to the point in which he can lay on the ropes and take a breather.

Also, Cotto survived 11 rounds, but was certainly not effective for 11 rounds.

So early knockout and decision for Titi both seem very unlikely to me. Late knockout for either is an outcome I can envision.
