Can any WW today hurt Margarito?

I can't see anyone from 147-154 that can hurt him, I think guys at 160 would have trouble hurting him.

I don't think anyone can hurt Margarito at 147, the closet one would be Berto but I really doubt it. I think Berto punches pretty similar to Cotto, he throws fast and hard combos, perhaps just a tiny bit more pop to his punches than Cotto but I still don't think it would be enough to stop or hurt Tony.

No at WW I don't think anybody could really hurt him. Maybe somebody at 154 could, but I think it would take him to go to 160 for somebody to actually hurt him.

Only person I can think of isn't even a WW anymore........but Tito is one of the hardest punchers ever at WW. He broke Whittakers jaw and ruined many a fighter........but of todays fighters i doubt it.



Well unless Pacquaio moves upto WW that is.

I actually think the opposite. I believe Berto's punches have more snap to them but aren't as powerful and damaging as Cotto's. Berto's made a few guys look like a Margarito/Baldomir type of fighter with the amount of clean shots he landed on them with them still standing.

You might be onto something, but I still think Berto punches slightly harder than Cotto.
