Why does Margarito not mentioning Williams name?

I'm surprised he called out Oscar, Mosley and Zab Judah and he ain't mentioned Williams name even once.. Same goes to Arum, who talks about Judah, Clottey and the 37 year old Mosley.. How can you not call out a guy that beat your ass last year and each fo their sparring? Paul is ready to fight him now..

Though Floyd may be a chicken, he gave Castillo an immediate rematch

Mosley had rematch to Forrest and Winky to avenge his loss..

Why Margarito?

Simple economics, he will fish for DLH or PBF first because they make more $ which makes more sense. The window of opportunity for a DLH match is also very small.

However I doubt either fights him, since A) PBF is retired and B) DLH can probably have bigger paydays and easier fights against Pac or Hatton.

I would really like to see a Williams-Margarito unification fight by the first half of 09 though.

He already called him out before the Cotto fight, there's an interview in the video archive where he expresses his wishes to fight Williams again. Margarito like most Top Rank fighters lets his promoter choose his opponents though.

This is nothing hidden or hard to see. A good boxer that can move and throw wihile moving/counterpunch/ goodn defense will beat margarito.

Bro, whoever thinks Tony is trying to avoid Williams are plain and simply a bunch of nutcases. Trust me, Tony wants to avenge that loss but for now Williams is going to have to wait, Tony is due for bigger purses now after this fight and there are plenty of options out there for him to choose from. You will see a Williams rematch mid year in '09, mark my words fool.
