Cotto fans have nothing to be ashamed of. He went out in a classic fight. Incredible fight.

He was boxing beautifully for 5 rounds, and still did well after that. Nothing wrong with losing. It's not coming back from the loss that makes you a bad fighter.

Eventhough I'm not a primarily a Cotto fan, he's lost last night is nothing to be ashamed of. He had a bad night and lost a battle, but he'll be back to win the war.

I was just about to post the same thing. Cotto fans should hold their heads high.

All the immature name calling and bull**** is completely ridiculous, those two guys gave us everything they had.
I think it's a little too early to call AM a legend. He's certainly the undisputed WW champ but having lost to PW ( I thought he won), nearly losing Clottey and a 37-5 record is hardly legendary.

Let's see him beat Winky Wright next and he'll be on his way........

Cotto fans aren't going anywhere. The thing is if that were anybody but Margarito they would have been down. I'm amazed that he was unfazed by the shots he took. I picked Cotto on points and will gladly admit I was wrong. Props to Margs for the performance he put on.

You know what the funny thing is? They keep trying to own us Cotto fans and Cotto himself but they keep messing up, they can't own us Cotto fans. The only reason they say that us Cotto fans have dissapeared is that they look at this situation as if their fighter lost, they think were like them and would dissapear just like they would if their fighter lost.

Just a joke between us Cotto fans: You want to know the real reason Cotto lost? He lost to get Mayweather out of retirement he wants to see if Mayweather would pull a Mayweather vs. Judah (in which Mayweather fought Judah before/instead of fighting the newly crowned champion) and fight him now that he had a loss.

But in all honesty Cotto will be back to win Miguel Cotto vs. Antonio Margarito II - The 2nd Battle, Miguel Cotto vs. Antonio Margarito III - The War.

Cotto has no fans, Margarito destroyed that as well.

                    Not going anywhere either.

He needs to readjust and re-evaluate his current gamplan. (needs a new coach)...

I've been here before Cotto was a force, I'll be here after. Not the first time one of my favorite fighters lost.......RJJ, Arce, Tito, Gatti, Corrales, Toney....wont be the last.

Cotto gave a good account of himself. He threw bombs and took some bombs. He just wasn't the better fighter. Same **** happend to Rafael Marquez, Arguello and Meldrick Taylor.
