Here's mine
1) Margarito (beat the man)
2) Paul Williams (beat Margarito, but it was controversial. has since lost, though he avenged that lost with 1 rd blowout)
3) Shane Mosley (lost to cotto, but it was close enough that he reserved his place at the top. cotto gets sent below him for losing by ko)
4) Clottey (was dominant against margarito before breaking hand. hasn't lost since. can further elevate status by beating judah)
5) Collazo (controversial lost to Hatton that most press had him winning. Broke hand against Mosley in 2nd but held his own and hung in for 12 rounds. Won comeback fight convincingly and is being blatantly ducked by Berto, the "WBC champ")
6) Cotto (has to reestablish position at top after tko loss. still is likely the #2 welter but needs to rack up some more W's)
7) Judah (can elevate himself with win over clottey)
8) Berto (needs to fight someone with a pulse. preferably a professional boxer and not a cab driver, x-cop, bouncer, or construction worker)
9) Cintron (the hardest puncher in the division now will be sympathized with more. he will ko many despite not being able to phase the terminator!)
10) Mike Jones (could have said Quintana, but I prefer to go with Philly's unbeaten prospect. when will he step up his game?!?
